Eden

Right in the heart of the San Antonio waterfront and right next door to its big rival Es Paradis, Eden has been around in its present form since 2000. What Eden lacks in history it makes up for with big name nights and a healthy cohort of clubbers of all sorts throughout the week.

Eden: the best parties in San Antonio

Judge Jules' Judgement Sundays take place, as you might expect, every Sunday of the season which is a guarenteed packed out night of trance mayhem.

Radio 1's Pete Tong holds his weekly Wonderland party friday nights at Eden which should prove one of the most popular residencies on the island.

The location really makes Eden being just (one almighty) stones throw from San Antonio's main strip of cheap and nasty bars, the ideal place to get in the mood before hitting the more expensive bar at Eden.

The club is good also, accomodating around the 5000 mark and getting pretty close to that most Sundays although it rarely feels as jammed as some of the bigger nights in Amnesia or Pascha.

Many purists might say Eden is not a true Ibiza club and British guests may feel more like they're in a slighlty lavish London or Manchester club at times, but don't let that discourage you, there's a great night to be had at Eden if you hit the right night (Sunday) or during the week you're likely to get cheaper or even free entry which you won't find heading out of town.

Not as notorious as some of the older Ibiza clubs, Eden was born in 1999 occupying what was then Kaos and before that 'Star club'. Nuff said.

Getting to Eden/ getting home

Walk if you're in San Antonio/. If not head into San An by whatever means and you'll find Eden. Grab a taxi from the mian road by the egg or from the main taxi rank at the bottom of the strip.

Prices

Entry prices vary depending on the night, if its quiet you might blag free entry- find a promoter lurking around the surrounding area and get them to do you a deal. Big nights i.e. Wonderland will set you back €50. The bar is pricy €8 and up for drinks.
