Ibiza Town
A trip to Ibiza is not complete without a stop in Ibiza Town. Besides being the capital and the largest city of the island, Ibiza Town is well known by tourist and locals alike as one of the most happening night spots on the island as home to Pacha, El Divino and a number of bars and restaurants.
Though it is true that Ibiza Town does not have the same beaches that so many find attractive on the island, it has more than enough vibrancy to make up for it.
By day, the city is a network of streets and corridors, filled with shops and cafes. Guests may especially enjoy visiting Old Town, a historic district, which also sports fantastic views across the bay. For those looking for some fun in the sun, it is easy enough to catch a ferry from Ibiza Town to any number of nearby beaches.
Despite its daytime offerings, Ibiza Town is best known for its nightlife. With bars of every size catering to any crowd, any tourist is sure to find the right spot to spend the perfect evening. From discos with thumping music and crowds of people, to quieter bars tucked away on winding streets, Ibiza Town has plenty of attractions to please any nightlife craving.
This "it" place may have a happening night scene, but it lacks the immediate beach access some visitors want. Due to its party atmosphere, Ibiza Town can sometimes be overcrowded and is lacking in accommodations, which means many guests often stay in nearby towns and only visit for day trips (or night trips).
