It’s twenty past eleven and I’m sitting on the free bus to Amnesia. I have to say; on this trip to Ibiza I’ve spent far less money on transport than I usually do. I think I’m getting cheaper the older I’m getting. The bus had been put on by Union, a London student night who had organised a post-exams package holiday to de-stress lots of innocent, naïve Ibiza first-timers. Also organised by Union and running alongside this package holiday was the “British Student DJ Championships”, now in its second year, with the winner of the 2011 title getting to play the opening set of the Terrace at Cream opening party. Impressive prize!

The Fabulush first ever opening party in Ibiza took place at the suitably glamorous Es Paradis on Monday and I hear it was a major success! For me, the name itself, Fabulush, is exciting and enticing. Quite frankly; it makes me want to get glam’d up to the eye balls and dance my killer heels off! Of course, as the name suggests, this is a night for ‘beautiful party people’ and those who like to live up to Fabulush’s sensational, sexy and outrageous values.

Cream at Amnesia will open their doors tonight for another season jam packed with the best names in Trance. The 15 week run of Cream parties starts tonight with the Cream opening party featuring PVD and Sander Van Doorn in the mainroom and Laidback Luke headlining the terrace.

More exciting news this summer is that Cream welcomes a host of new residents including one of the UK’s biggest dance acts Above & Beyond, who join the Cream family for six exclusive dates including a ‘Group Therapy’ album launch party on 18th August.
