Stag do in Ibiza in May?
"I am getting married next year and plan to have a big blow out in Ibiza with the boys before I take the plunge!! However I was planning to go 22nd – 25th May (bank holiday weekend) Having looked at your site I am worried that there might not be much going on there at this time?!?
Can you give me some advice on weather or not it would be worth going then or not? The latest I could go would be the weekend after or should I re think my destination and visit Ibiza another time?"

Although Ibiza purists don't approve of stag do's in Ibiza I can't think of many better places to throw a stag weekend (apart from maybe vegas!).
Actually in a way I think late May might be the best time for you and your mates to go. You will catch some of the earlier opening parties that weekend (check out the club calendar for the estimated dates for 2009 opening parties) but San Antonio- where I'd recommend you stay- won't be as busy as a few weeks later when the bulk of the opening parties happen.
There's a few advantages to this-
-You'll get cheaper accomodation & flights
-Better deals on drinks in the bars as its not as busy
-Probably less stick from the doormen about being a big group of lads (although to be honest I'm not sure how much of an issue this is in Ibiza)
Hopefully someone who's done a stag do in Ibiza can offer their advice here.
